Cops Transcript

Fade up from black. The two stocky video cops are in their headquarters playing video games with black controllers. One laughs.
Outside, Ben (hatless this time) in a trench coat approaches the door that says 'Video Police.'
SPOKESPERSON: Watch this.
He puts on a detective hat. He knocks hard on the door.
The video police get up. Ben walks in and sticks his right hand in his pocket. He pretends to be a old-time gruff detective.
SPOKESPERSON: What's going on in here?
The lead cop gets up worried.
LEAD COP: We are just playing-
The second one is suspicious. He points his nightstick at Ben.
SECOND COP: Don't I know you from somewhere?
Ben looses his cool and stammers.
SPOKESPERSON: Um…
He spots a box and cartridges of GameznFlix on their file cabinet. He grabs two cartridges (the video boxes).
Ben is gruff again.
SPOKESPERSON: Looks like somebody has been ordering…
The two cops back up.
SPOKESPERSON: from GameznFlix.com.
The two cops look at each other worried.
Ben tosses the boxes on the file cabinet.
SPOKESPERSON: Relax!
The cops sigh.
SPOKESPERSON: Everybody's doing it.
SECOND COP: But you know… They don't charge for delivery.
LEAD COP: And there's never any late fees.
They both giggle at each other.
Ben unveils his trench coat to reveal his shirt that says 'No Late Fees'.
SPOKESPERSON: Really?!
LEAD COP: You're not going to tell anybody, are ya?
The second cop shakes his head worried.
Ben smiles coyly.
SPOKESPERSON: Nah.
The cops are relieved.
Ben turns to the camera, very giddy.
SPOKESPERSON: Only the entire planet!
He turns to them. The cops do a slide handshake.
SPOKESPERSON: More games. More movies.
BOTH COPS: (Serious) More fun.
They laugh.
Ben takes off his detective hat.
SPOKESPERSON: GameznFlix!
He then puts the hat back on.
Dissolve to a shot of the GameznFlix boxes and on the lower part of the screen there is the logo and phone number.
ANNOUNCER: Now you too can get…
Glowing green text appears on the middle right side, 'Games and Movies!'
ANNOUCER: …all the games and movies you want…
Glowing green text appears on the middle right side, 'Delivered to your door!'
ANNOUNCER: …delivered right to your door…
Glowing green text appears on the middle right side, 'One low monthly fee!'
ANNOUNCER: …for one low monthly fee….
Glowing green text appears on the middle right side, 'No late fees ever!'
ANNOUNCER: And never pay late fees again!
The test fades away.
